ph57 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the ph57 website located at ph57.org, including all associated pages, services, tools, game interfaces, and account management systems accessible under that domain.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered a ph57 account and whose registration has been accepted by ph57.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration, through which the member accesses ph57 services, manages balances, and participates in games.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, fishing games, bingo rooms, sabong, and any other gaming products made available through the ph57 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, deposit match amounts, or other incentive credits credited to a member's account pursuant to a ph57 promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the member using a real payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, or Mastercard) and held in the member's ph57 wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process ph57 uses to confirm member identity, age, and place of residence.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of ph57 services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or ph57 policy.

By accessing ph57.org, creating an account, or using any service offered by ph57, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the ph57 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Your acceptance is confirmed by the act of registration. ph57 recommends that all members retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions for their records. These terms are available at all times at ph57.org/terms-conditions.

If you are accessing ph57 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

To be eligible to register and maintain a ph57 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph57 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement applicable to online casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using ph57 services.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of ph57, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a ph57 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph57 or by any recognised responsible gaming authority in the Philippines.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at any point when ph57 requests updated information from you.

ph57 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within the timeframe specified by ph57 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) ph57 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, members must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine identification document
• Date of birth (must confirm age of 21 years or above)
• Valid email address belonging to the member
• Mobile number registered in the Philippines
• Current residential address within the Philippines

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ph57 account login credentials, including username and password. ph57 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a member's failure to keep login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ph57 immediately via the live support chat in your account dashboard.

ph57 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal.

ph57 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the ph57 cashier interface.

Deposits are credited to a member's real money balance upon confirmation of payment from the relevant payment provider. ph57 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The member's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID) and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the account, or to the member's verified GCash wallet number matching the registered mobile number.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before real money winnings derived from those bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.
• ph57 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000. During such reviews, processing times may be extended beyond standard timelines.
• ph57 does not accept or return funds to third-party accounts. All withdrawals must be to an account or wallet owned and registered in the member's own name.

ph57 aims to process approved GCash withdrawals within minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. ph57 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or technical outages outside ph57's control.

ph57 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the absence of specific terms for a given promotion, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from the member's Real Money Balance until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements apply unless a different requirement is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering threshold and are converted to real money become withdrawable.
• ph57 reserves the right to cancel or reclaim bonus funds if ph57 has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has abused the promotion, including through bonus exploitation strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Members may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting ph57 support. Opting out cannot be applied retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in use.
• ph57 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by a member at the time of the change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph57 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a person who is under 21 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or using ph57 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or reversal of deposits after the deposited funds have been wagered
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph57 staff, support agents, or other platform users
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your ph57 account or any credits held therein to another person

ph57 employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ph57 will take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, permanent termination, withholding of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the ph57 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the property of ph57 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph57 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any ph57 content
• Modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on ph57 software or game assets
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of platform content by automated means
• Use of ph57 trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent

Any unauthorised use of ph57 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph57's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph57 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph57 platform or any service thereon
• Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside ph57's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to secure login credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions
• Changes to game rules, odds, or platform features made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ph57's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph57 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, where ph57 reasonably determines that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The member has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage
• The member has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Continued provision of services to the member may expose ph57 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• The member has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ph57 will notify the member via the registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity for the member to respond, unless the nature of the suspected breach requires immediate action to protect ph57 or other members.

Members may voluntarily close their ph57 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified real money balance (net of any bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's verified payment method following account closure review.

ph57 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. ph57 provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the member's account settings.

Members who believe they may be experiencing problem gambling are strongly encouraged to:

• Use the self-exclusion tools available in the ph57 account settings to restrict or suspend their account
• Contact ph57 support to request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion

ph57 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded member to continue using the platform. Any winnings accrued by a self-excluded member during a self-exclusion period will be void and forfeited. ph57 takes its duty of care to members seriously and views responsible gaming as a core operational obligation, not merely a regulatory requirement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the member's use of the ph57 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, members agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ph57 support and allowing ph57 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to respond and attempt resolution.

ph57 operates in a market regulated under applicable Philippine regulatory frameworks for online gaming. ph57 makes no representation that its services comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

ph57 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph57 will notify members by:

• Posting a notice on the ph57 platform homepage or within the member's account dashboard
• Sending a notification to the member's registered email address
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Terms & Conditions page

Continued use of the ph57 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the member's acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not agree with any amendment may close their account by contacting ph57 support prior to the effective date of the change.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. ph57 recommends members check this page whenever they receive a notification of changes or at least once per calendar quarter.
